After the Grant of Admission The Admission Office shall facilitate issuance/ allotment of the following for each student:

1. Class/Section
2. Club/House
3. Temporary ID Card (It must be presented, if asked for at the Security Gate of the school or bus stop)

Parent Portal Access: Every parent is provided with a unique username and password for accessing the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal consolidates all school-parent interactions, serving as a centralized platform for parental reference. It allows parents to monitor their child's daily activities and stay informed about school updates and teacher communications. The portal is equipped with features including school event tracking, student attendance records, assignment status and submission details, disciplinary remarks, parent diary, fee management, examination and result updates, among other functionalities. Accessing the Parent Portal is simple – click on the 'Parent's Login' link conveniently located on the homepage of the school website at www.scholarsjuniors.com.

School Circulars and Communication

All circulars and communication are sent either through ERP, SMS or hard copy. In case you are not receiving any communication please contact Front Office at +91-95400-59001.

Fixing Appointments

Parents wishing to meet School Principal/ In charge or any staff member may do so by fixing prior appointment which is facilitated by Front Office staff.

Note: School textbooks and Uniforms can be purchased on announced dates.

Parents Orientation

At Scholars Juniors, we prioritize children and parents as our key stakeholders, placing them at the forefront of every initiative we undertake. Reflecting this commitment, we ensure that every parent is fully informed about the environment we cultivate at Scholars Juniors to foster their children's growth.

Following the completion of admissions, we conduct orientation sessions for parents in the last week of March or the first week of April. During these sessions, new parents are guided through our infrastructure, academic calendar, teaching methodologies, and available facilities for our students. Each parent receives personalized attention, and demonstrations are arranged as needed.

Throughout the academic year, we organize regular parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to keep parents updated on their children's progress. These sessions are highly interactive, allowing parents to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, parents will receive regular updates on various activities through their children's almanac.
